How
to use Clip-It!
Save
- Click the Clip-It! button and save an article from any
website into a folder in your personal online archive. No
cut/paste or printing necessary.
- Retrieve articles from your archive with Clip-It's full-text
search tool.
Use

- Create your own portable resource library. The archive
is web-based so you'll have your articles at home, work,
or on the road w/o having to take paper copies everywhere.
- Keep the articles as long as you like. Your permanent
copy of an article does not go away even if the original
does.
- Put notes on the documents and highlight them--the electronic
equivalent of a highlighter and a sticky note. When you
email articles, the notes and highlights go too.
Share

- Email the articles (with notes and highlights). You can
easily set up your address book in Clip-It! if you like.
- Share articles by setting up a read-only password. Friends,
clients or colleagues can browse your archive without changing
it. In this way, your Clip-It! account can serve as a reference
tool for others.
- Discuss articles you have clipped on Clip-It's public
or private discussion boards.
